Services
Digital Lads Publishers provides professional publishing and author support services. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins and may vary depending on the selected service package.
Orders and Payments
Clients agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is required according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Work may not begin until the required payment has been received.
- Additional work requested outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
- Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information.
- Supplying manuscripts, artwork, images, and other required materials.
- Ensuring they possess the necessary rights or permissions for any content they provide.
- Reviewing submitted work promptly and providing feedback within reasonable timeframes.
- Approving final deliverables before publication or printing whenever applicable.
Digital Lads Publishers is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client responses.
Content Originality
Digital Lads Publishers creates original work specifically for each client. Where applicable, content is prepared using industry-standard originality practices.
Upon request, plagiarism reports may be provided for eligible writing services. Originality does not apply to client-provided materials, quotations, public domain content, or content specifically requested by the client.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of completed project deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.
Digital Lads Publishers retains ownership of:
- Internal processes
- Design methods
- Templates
- Software
- Proprietary workflows
- Pre-existing intellectual property used during project creation
Clients remain responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all materials they submit.
Images and Third-Party Content
We respect copyright and intellectual property laws. Any stock images, fonts, illustrations, or third-party assets used during a project may require separate licensing depending on the provider's terms.
Where clients request the use of third-party materials, they are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions unless licensing has been specifically included within the purchased service.
Project Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:
- Clients receive up to three (3) complimentary revision rounds.
- Revision requests must remain within the originally agreed project scope.
- New requests or significant content changes may require additional fees.
- Unused revision rounds do not carry monetary value.
Printing and Production
For printing services, clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving final print-ready files before production begins.
Digital Lads Publishers is not responsible for errors that appear in client-approved files, including spelling, formatting, layout, or design issues that were approved prior to printing.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund eligibility may depend upon:

- Nature of the concern
General refund guidelines include:
- Projects cancelled before work begins may qualify for a full refund.
- Projects already in progress may qualify for a partial refund based on work completed.

- Refunds are generally not provided for completed services that have been approved by the client.
- Refunds are not available solely due to a change of mind after work has commenced.
Digital Lads Publishers reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on project documentation and communication history.
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may change due to:
- Client-requested revisions
- Delayed client responses
- Technical issues
- Third-party service providers
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Lads Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
